A) Why should I use Health Line as opposed to using other medical tourism operators or individual surgeons who are advertising themselves?

The expert selection of the best surgeons as needed from all the Private hospital groups. We has the unprecedented support of all the major Private hospital groups and most Private clinics. The Private hospital groups are generally limited to those surgeons who practice in their specific hospitals.
Most of the procedures we offer are elective and we only offer those surgeons and specialists whose excellence and skill is well -known. There are some good companies out there but most have very limited offerings in terms of their accommodation, their surgeons and their procedures and their overall experience. It goes without saying that the top surgeons do not need to advertise their services. If you see a surgeon dishing out money in advertising for overseas clients, you must sometimes ask yourself why? What is his or her record or reputation like at home? Is he or she an accredited Certified Surgeon who belongs to the necessary peer professional bodies? In the UK for example, any doctor can call himself a Plastic Surgeon.
B) I have been through the site and I wish to enquire about a procedure.
It is very simple. You fill out the ENQUIRY FORM and then we do all the rest as quickly as possible.
Firstly our medical staff will check if you are a suitable candidate for your chosen procedure and address any questions or concerns, and we will check if you wish us to recommend a surgeon, and then we will check on availability for the dates you have requested and any special needs you will have. We will check on your accommodation requirements, or we will make a recommendation based on your circumstances and expected recovery time. We will check your tour and travel requests. We will then quote you an all inclusive package price valid for a specified time. If you accept our quote, we will require a deposit to secure your bookings and we will arrange for collection any medical documentation your surgeon requests.
You may pay the deposit by a simple secure online credit card transaction or bank transfer for which we will send you a link to a secure payment gateway, or by providing you with our Bank Transfer details. You will pay the balance of your quoted fee to us after the first consultation with your surgeon in New Delhi.
Nothing could be more simple.
C) what about the confidentiality and privacy of my medical forms?
Health Line protects all your medical information and your medical information is never disclosed to any unauthorised party.
D) why is it so cheap? What's the catch?
One must understand it is NOT CHEAP, rather it is absolute VALUE FOR MONEY. We DON’T DO CHEAP SURGERY and we DON’T DO CHEAP MEDICINE. Due to the current favorable Rupee/Dollar/Pound/Euro exchange rate foreign clients can take advantage of the weak Rupee and expect savings of up to 65% over the same treatment in their own countries, with no compromise on quality. For the average Indian, Private medical care is very expensive, but for those visitors with Sterling, Euros or Dollars it is a bargain price considering what you would pay back home for an elective procedure with a top specialist with no long waiting list.
